Advanced Esoteric Acupuncture retreat may 14-17, 2027
We will be returning to Tubac Ranch, 45 minutes south of Tucson, Arizona. This class will be an updated version of Advanced Esoteric Acupuncture, open to all practitioners who have taken Esoteric Acupuncture Foundations (with any teacher). This is being announced early so that you can plan and budget for this gathering – and also, please let me know if you plan on coming so that I can hold a place for you.
The end of April and May this year, we had a deeply transformative and phenomenal gathering at Tubac Ranch, so much so, that everyone wanted to have an annual reunion there. The land is powerful, wildlife and birds are all around, the horses are so loving and curious and patient with us, the sauna space was so healing on so many levels, as well as the pool and hot tub, the food was incredibly delicious, healthy and abundant, and most importantly, those who were called to come were so special, each and every person held so much light, wisdom, love, caring. The workshop space was beautiful, spacious and held us well to do deep work. One night, we even had a local Apache historian/cattle wrangler/artist come and sing songs while storytelling around the fire one night. It was perfect.

Note: I was going to take a break from teaching as I am now in school full-time to pursue my BSN to become an RN, while also working as an acupuncturist. Trust me, it was quite unexpected when the universe put this calling into me in February, but it’s very strong – so I trust I am to bring my light and love to the western medical system. In April when I saw Dr. Sankey, he asked if I would become a Senior Teacher for Esoteric Acupuncture, and of course I accepted, as I’ve been teaching diligently for 4 years. Due to the amount of time it takes to organize and launch a course, I am only going to focus on teaching once a year during my break between spring and summer terms, and focus only on teaching Advanced classes for now.
Second note: If I have the time, I will have the course approved also by the NCBTMB for massage continuing education credit (as well as the NCBAHM and CAB). Please let me know if you would like that – if there is no interest, I won’t do it. I already have the Foundations course approved for continuing education with the NCBTMB.

Upon registering, a link will be sent to choose and reserve your lodging with Tubac Ranch. To select and reserve your room, a link will be provided upon registering.
The ranch offers many different room types. The most popular options will be shown on the registration form but other options are available upon request (communicating directly with the Ranch owner).
Casita pricing includes 3 nights accommodation, all food and beverages, snacks, tea, coffee, & seasonal goodies and amenities as well as all ranch fees and taxes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Due to the preparations and commitments made to hold this class, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 1 month in advance, or in case of no show. Credit towards future workshops is possible, though the future is always uncertain as to when and where that will be.
- A cancellation fee of $200 per person applies for cancellations made less than 2 months in advance.
- A cancellation fee of $50 per person applies for cancellations made 2 months or more in advance.
- Travel insurance is recommended for those flying.

Snacks: We consume a lot of energy learning and doing this work – so it’s great to set up a snack table in the workshop space during the weekend. Please bring a wholesome, healthy or fun snack to share with your classmates. Please let me know, if you have any allergies, so I can update the class with what not to bring.
Seirin needles will be provided for acupuncturists. Practitioners can bring their own if there is another brand of needle they prefer.
Handouts will be provided – of the lecture powerpoint and all patterns that we learn. No need to purchase a book or study beforehand unless you want to. Books will be available for sale – please inquire if you’d like to reserve a copy at a discount.
*If you would like to bring other tools to work with for when you give treatments, please do – like crystals, selenite wands, tuning forks, essential oils.
*We will work with pendulums, for those who aren’t seers, for scanning the body. You may bring your own, or borrow one, or purchase one.
*Please bring 2 sheets for a massage table (1 to cover the table, 1 for draping), and a face cradle cover if you’d like (disposable ones will be provided). This will be your set for when you’re receiving a treatment.
*Please bring a Water Bottle and hot drink lidded mug
Flashlight or headlamp for at night
Bathing suit if you’ll go swimming.
Outdoor shoes if you’ll go hiking or trail-riding.
This time of year, the weather is typically in 80s with lows in 40-50s, dry, sunny, nice breeze. Whatever you would need for the elements – layers, lotion and oils and balms.
Advanced Class is only for those practitioners who have taken Foundations previously with any teacher.
